How long does the staging process take from enquiry to installation?

Once we've agreed the brief and proposal, most installations take place within a matter of days. We work around your timeline and your agent's photography schedule.

Your Questions, Answered.

Do I need the property to be empty?

No. We stage both vacant and occupied properties. For occupied homes, we work with and around your existing furniture, bringing in additional pieces to lift the presentation. We'll advise you on what we recommend at the consultation stage.

 

What areas do you cover?


We are London-based and work primarily within the M25. We do also absolutely take on projects outside the M25, please get in touch to discuss your location and we'll let you know if additional travel costs apply.

Can I combine staging with photography styling?


Yes, and we'd often recommend it. Many of our clients use us to stage the property and then work with us through the photography session to ensure the images are composed and lit for maximum impact.

What happens when the property sells?


We handle everything. Our team collects all furniture and accessories after sale, there's no work for you and no coordination required.

Home Staging - How It Works.

  • Initial Consultation.

    We visit your property and discuss your timeline, budget and what the space needs. Every brief is considered individually there's no template approach here.

  • Curation & Proposal.

    Based on the property and its likely buyer profile, we select furniture, art and accessories from our own inventory to create the right atmosphere. You see and approve the proposal before anything moves.

  • Installation.

    Our in-house logistics team delivers and installs everything. You don't need to be present. We arrive, we work, we leave the property ready to photograph.

  • The Results.

    Your property goes to market looking and feeling its best. When it sells as most of ours do within weeks we come and collect everything. There's nothing for you to manage.
